We had a meeting with you and her teachers and you told us our daughter "had no problems. She is getting excellent grades". You refused to investigate further and we were offered no support. When my daughter was a Sophomore in high school we had private testing done. She was diagnosed with Fine motor skill problems that essentially mean she cannot learn when she is writing notes, and she had visual processing/focusing issues which made it VERY difficult for her to read. She has also been diagnosed with ADHD. She did so well in her grades because of her giftedness and the amount of work she put in! I am so glad you opened this forum so that I could take the opportunity to let you know how seriously wrong you were and how negatively you impacted my child. Your arrogance cost us our chance to get her help early on. I have regretted listening to you for 7 years and would advise other parents looking for help for their children to go elsewhere!
